International Orders
VAT and Import Tax
VAT and ANY associated tax payment, custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge VAT/Duties/Tax and as such we do not provide you with any platform ID to claim any tax payment.
Returned Items
Any returns due to the refusal to pay the import taxes will be subjected to a restocking fee including the shipping charges and 10% of the merchandise.
Shipping
Small items will be shipped using postal mails via Singapore Post. Our shipping process is predictable and structured.
- Items will be shipped within 2 business days.
- A tracking ID will be provided
- Singapore Post will collect items from our store
- Items will be processed at Singpost sorting center.
- The movement of the item will usually show up within 2-3 business days
- The item will leave Singapore
- Once item reaches the receiving country, the delivery is taken over by the local postal service.
- Please be aware that different countries will process the items in varying speed and this is beyond our control.
- All items will usually pass through customs normally depicted as "held by customs"
- Once the processing is done, the local postal office will take over the delivery of item(s)
Ship To Locations
- We will ship to the United States/Canada/UK/Australia/NZ/Japan and most Southeast Asian countries
- We will not ship to some countries due to a high missing item rate or subjected to long delays, in such cases, we will refund the order
Refunds
- We sell on multiple platforms including direct sale. Sometimes some items may be out of stock before we can update its quantity on our site. In such cases, we will promptly make refunds
- We will make refunds on returned items once we receive the return.
- Customers are responsible for the return fees
